To this end, SATUM CZECH s.r.o. has implemented a Compliance programme against unlawful conduct, which establishes rules of conduct for employees of SATUM CZECH s.r.o. or other persons acting on behalf of SATUM CZECH s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “staff”). The essence of these rules is that SATUM CZECH s.r.o. staff act in the performance of their work exclusively in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
The development of fair business practices and the prevention of criminal offences is also required of all suppliers, subcontractors and cooperating persons.

The Code of Ethics is a binding document that expresses the moral principles of the company.
In the performance of insurance intermediation activities, SATUM CZECH s.r.o., as well as its employees, staff and responsible persons, act with the highest standard of personal and professional conduct, in particular acting honestly, responsibly, with respect and in accordance with good ethics.
For the purpose of reporting suspected breaches of the company’s Code of Ethics, the email address compliance@satum.cz has been established.
For the submission mechanism under the Code of Ethics, the SATUM CZECH s.r.o. directive “REPORTING OF BREACHES OR IMMINENT BREACHES OF THE LAW” in its current version is applicable mutatis mutandis.
