In accordance with Section 88 of Act No. 170/2018 Coll., on Insurance and Reinsurance Distribution, as amended, the insurance intermediary informs the client of the following facts:

represented by Ing. Roman Horváth, managing director of the company,
carrying on the activity of insurance distribution as an independent intermediary.
SATUM CZECH s.r.o. is registered as a person authorised to carry on the activity of an independent intermediary in the register of insurance intermediaries maintained by the Czech National Bank.
An independent intermediary arranges insurance for the customer as an insurance agent on the basis of a written contract with insurance companies or as an insurance broker on the basis of a written contract with the customer. Should the policyholder or other affected persons have objections to the activities of SATUM CZECH s.r.o. as an independent intermediary, they may submit a written complaint to the managing director of the company by e-mail: stiznosti@satum.cz. The managing director is obliged to deal with this complaint and inform the complainant in writing within 30 days, stating whether it is a justified complaint or not, and in the event that this complaint is found to be justified, the managing director shall inform the complainant of the manner in which the complaint shall be or has been resolved.
The client may simultaneously submit a complaint to the Czech National Bank exercising supervision over the activities of insurance intermediaries, to the relevant insurance company, or for out-of-court dispute resolution to the Financial Arbitrator.
SATUM CZECH s.r.o. does not have any direct or indirect share in the voting rights or capital of the insurance company with which the insurance is to be arranged.
The insurance company with which the insurance is to be arranged, nor any person controlling the said insurance company, has any direct or indirect share in the voting rights or capital of SATUM CZECH s.r.o.
The independent intermediary and its tied agent are remunerated in connection with the arranged insurance or modification of insurance in the form of commission by the collaborating insurance companies. The independent intermediary and its tied agent are not remunerated directly by the customer.
