SATUM CZECH s.r.o. has had an established and applied quality management system since 2004, currently in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard for insurance broker intermediary activities.

It is systematically and transparently managed, emphasizing process efficiency, consideration of risks and opportunities, knowledge of the organization and its context, and fulfilling the needs of all interested parties.

We have established quality policies and objectives for the entire organization.

Quality Policy

SATUM CZECH s.r.o. is a modern, prosperous organization with a firm position in the insurance market. In accordance with the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2015 and the quality policy, we primarily strive to satisfy customer interests and achieve their satisfaction with the quality of delivered services in insurance broker and insurance agent intermediary activities.

The quality policy is established by the top management of the company as a necessary part of the strategic development plan of the entire company. Top management of the company is fully aware of the responsibility for the existence and further development of the company, which depends on fulfilling the requirements and expectations of customers and other interested parties.

  • Continuously maintain, improve, and develop the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2015;
  • consider all possible risks and opportunities to meet current and future customer requirements and increase their satisfaction;
  • build long-term business partnerships with customers based on mutually beneficial cooperation with the aim of providing the best possible service quality and continuously meeting growing customer demands;
  • create long-term and mutually beneficial business partnerships with suppliers;
  • ensure the economic interests and objectives of the company owner, maintain the financial stability of the company;
  • maintain and develop the company’s position and competitiveness in the insurance market;
  • create a favorable and motivating working environment for employees, support creativity and entrepreneurship;
  • continuously educate employees through internal and external training in accordance with the company’s strategy and develop employees’ professional growth;
